Pay Pal payment is accepted via online checkout on our web site.

All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. You may also remove yourself from the distribution list by unsubscribing once you receive an email from us.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground usually within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will be receive a confirmation e-mail of the status of your order. The majority of the orders are shipped the same day if the order is received before 3:00 PM PST.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking/delivery confirmation number to your email address and a receipt of your product order.
Buyer must report any discrepancy to A-1 Wireless Web within 24 hours upon delivery of item.
All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused.
No shipping and handling fees will be refunded. Buyer pays for all shipping fees acquired when sending the return item(s) to A-1 Wireless Web.
All returned items, are subject to 20% restocking fee.
If the buyer returns an item(s) that doesn’t comply with the company’s policy, the buyer will have to pre-pay for the return freight.
If your item is defective, you can follow our warranty procedures.
There are no exchanges.
A-1 Wireless Web does not provide any warranty. All new items are sold as is and where is. Warranty is handled by the manufacturer of the product. Some manufacturers may request the item to be shipped to another country for repair. No warranty is expressed or implied. Manufacturer has the ultimate decision to honor their warranty.
Physical and water damages are absolutely NOT covered by warranty.
All returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturer’s packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories with the RMA number written outside the box.
All exchanges and replacements require the phone to be returned first at the buyer’s expense.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is mandatory and the buyer must request it through email or fax. You should contact A-1 Wireless Web.
We will not process any returns without the RMA number.
Merchandise should be sent back to us within 5 days the RMA number is given to you.
A-1 Wireless Web is not responsible for the settings of the phone’s browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, WAP, Picture sending or any other network related setup other than the voice feature.
We will not accept returned phone because of one of the issues above.
A-1 Wireless Web is not responsible for returned packages if lost by the shipper.
A-1 Wireless Web has the right to make the final decision whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any and all circumstances.
